HVC 500th Years Anniversary Salomon is a beautiful figurado with a pointed, tapered head and bulbous barrel and foot, capped off with a nipple tip. This a very unique cigar that was created by brand owner Reinier Lorenzo to celebrate the five hundred year anniversary of City, Cuba. This is a Nicaraguan puro handcrafted with a beautiful , oily, Corojo 99 wrapper atop Nicaraguan fillers, and a binder grown Jalapa Valley. I found this to be a medium-to- full bodied smoke that displays an overall sweetness, backed by flavors of leather, coffee, and wood, before a peppery finish. The HVC 500th Years Anniversary Salomon is more than another smoke, its a masterfully crafted gem that looks every bit as good as it tastes.
